Steps
Some of the keys on mechanical keyboard do not work or double type
1.1 Clean keyboard
This is usually caused by the dust of the switch.Please remove the keycap and clean the dust out from the switch.
1.2 Replace switch
It may be caused by poor contact of the switch. Please pull out the switch to reinstall or replace the spare switch.
1.3 Reset the keyboard
Long-press FN+Tab for 5 seconds to reset the keyboard to the factory settings
A whole mechanical keyboard does not work
2.1 Check Bluetooth mode is off
Press FN+Z/X/C to check if Z, X, C will light up, turn it off if it is on.
2.2 Replace USB cable, USB-port or computer
The charging cable might be broken, which causes the keyboard to not be in charging mode. Please try to use another charging cable. There is also a possibility that the USB-port charging voltage is too low not to charge the keyboard. The back USB connector of the PC charging voltage is higher than the former one. If the keyboard still does not work, please replace the computer.
2.3 Reset the keyboard
Long-press FN+Tab for 5 seconds to reset the keyboard to the factory settings
